There's only three reasons why you'd be blocked:

1. In the BYF section I talked a little about my trigger. It doesn't get to me as much now, but it used to a LOT more, so I blocked very liberally. Muted accounts would show if I scrolled through someone else's account, so blocking it was! I've been trying to unblock accounts, but I don't remember why each person in my block list is there.

2. A year or so ago, my rule was to NOT follow me if you posted adult/minor ships at all... which I got ignored a lot, so I blocked a lot of people who followed me. Not so stingy anymore, and being Jared, 19, is forgivable.

3. You're an anti, RP account, art repost account, TERF, or generally an unpleasant person. You can hurt fictional characters all you want, but I draw the line at real people.

For 1 and 2, I'm willing to unblock! It was something one-sidedly personal and nothing against you as a person.
